- to provide spatial linkages to the future People’s Palace precinct to the south and the existing coastline to the north.
- to provide a creative solution to urban drainage systems & provide a tidal supply to the future lake at the People’s Palace.
- to include inclusive accessibility for pedestrian, motorised and non-motorised transport.

Scope of work & services
The Landscape Architect’s scope includes concept design and construction documentation for all landscape elements including surfaces, structuring elements, urban furniture, embellishment, trees and planting.
